If you are a Permit Holder and are interested in participating in round table discussions on the morning of Sunday, January 12th, please fill out the following form.
*Because there is no charge for participating in the round table discussions, breakfast will not be provided. You can bring food or drink purchased within the hotel, but nothing from outside is permitted.*
