Meeting Information

The 29th Annual Marine Turtle Permit Holder Meeting will be held at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort from February 27th-28th, 2026. 

Please keep in mind when booking your hotel that it is not yet determined if the Friday Workshops will be held in person.

Some more information:

  • Hotel address: 100 N Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL
  • NO outside food or beverage is allowed in the meeting area (besides water bottles).
  • Registration is $60 per person.
  • Hotel rooms are $179 per night. Single and Double rates remain at $179/night. If 3-4 people will be sharing one room, the triple rate is $190/night and the quad rate is $200/night.
  • Please be aware that there is also a parking fee of $20 per night per vehicle. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
  • The social will be held on February 27th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • The FWC Open House will be held on February 27th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
  • The main meeting is held on February 28th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • The agenda will be posted on the website and will be emailed out to registered attendees as the event gets closer.

Check-in: 4 PM and Check-out: 11 AM

Each reservation must be guaranteed with first night's room and tax with a major credit-card. This deposit is due at the time of reservation.

Any hotel cancelations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night's room and tax.
